Fourteen internal systems became two, including eight request systems used by five departments.

I ran requirements gathering, delivery acceptance, the migration order and the permission matrix that defines who can see and do what.

The instructive part was finding that several modules already had working backends and nobody had migrated. It was a cutover problem, not a coding one.
