I was the Product Owner: I conceived the system, wrote the requirements and drove development until it replaced the paid tool the company used to log hours and track projects.

Go-live had an explicit gate: a closed beta first. Only after that was the system opened to everyone.

Before it, I built the company’s first project management system (Fastify, Prisma and React), with ERP integration and 189 automated tests. It was set aside to make way for the current system.
