I coordinated the Innovation team, directly managing one developer with an individual development plan, and was the area’s point of contact with the board and the PMO.

I measured the gain from generative AI in three departments using logged hours: about 70% less time on the assessed tasks. I also wrote the company’s first AI usage policy.

I also wrote the team’s operating manual: how a requirement is written, how git is used, how project boards are kept and what the delivery cycle looks like, from request to handover.
